Information you give us

• Contact form submissions: When you use our contact form, we collect your name and email address. We use this only to respond to your message.
• Email list sign-up: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this to send you health content and updates. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. We use MailerLite to manage our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects data including page views, session duration, device type, approximate location (country/city level) and traffic source. This data is anonymised and aggregated. It does not identify you personally. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Server logs: Our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically collects server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited and access times. This data is used for security and performance monitoring and is retained for a limited period.
• Cookies: Our site uses cookies for functionality (keeping you logged in if applicable), analytics (Google Analytics) and security (Wordfence). You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.
