We built EHT because we were tired of health content that was overwhelming, fake or written by someone who clearly had no idea what real life actually looks like.
Our story
It started with frustration
Like many of you, we went through a period where we knew we needed to make changes. More energy. Better sleep. Less stress. A body that felt good to live in again.
We turned to the internet. And what we found was overwhelming, contradictory and often just plain wrong. Influencers selling quick fixes. Websites stuffed with keywords but no real answers. Generic advice written by people who had never actually struggled.
So we built the site we wished had existed. One that treats you like an intelligent adult. One that says what actually works, what the research says, and what is realistic for a woman with a job, a family and a full life.
